About the Opportunity At Studio Retail, we’re constantly evolving and are committed to providing a great environment for our colleagues to work in, we currently have an opportunity for an experienced Footwear Buyer to join our successful Buying and Merchandising Team. As Buyer, you will source and deliver a range of products that meet our customers’ expectations, achieving sales and margin targets and attending trade fairs in the UK and abroad. Working as part of a busy buying team, you will develop and deliver plans for product ranges and manage the on-time delivery of the critical path. Working closely with our team of merchandise planners to drive the commercial performance of the product ranges, you will maximise growth, opportunities and mitigate commercial risks. As we’re growing, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior buyers, assistant buyers and administrators to help them develop. This is a great opportunity to use your relevant footwear product knowledge and expertise to deliver effective product management and help drive growth. Who are we looking for? We are looking for an experienced Footwear Buyer with specialist knowledge and experience of the Footwear market, who is passionate about the industry with a high-level knowledge of current and future trends.
