Branch Manager - Recruitment Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 OTE: Uncapped Bonus Package: Company Car Benefits Bradford, West Yorkshire Our client is an established recruitment company based in the heart of the city of Bradford. With a multi-million-pound turnover, the business has grown to become a well-known brand within the local marketplace as a provider of an honest service with an emphasis on customer services and delivery. The Bradford branch has been open for well over a decade and has a good, loyal client base. There is an existing team in need of a manager with strong leadership skills. They are looking for a Branch Manager who can lead, develop and motivate the team. They always aim to give clients and customers the best possible service and have a strong fulfilment track record. As the manager, you will be tasked with leading by example, motivating the team, recruiting new staff members, training staff, coaching, developing and ensuring the team drive sales, service clients and deliver agreements. This is going to be a very busy, hands-on role. You will take control of your own P&L and ensure the branch is in shape to deliver the budgets set. The role will report into the senior management team who will be there to guide and support you. This role will suit a Branch Manager who is looking to move to an autonomous environment within a forward-thinking, growing company or a Senior Consultant who is looking at taking their first step into a Managerial role. You will be a natural business developer with a passion for leadership.
