Overview
Seeking an Account Manager to join an award winning fast growing umbrella accountancy firm based in fun, vibrant offices in south Manchester. No cold calling, all relationship building, with excellent progression, working Monday to Friday 8.45 - 5.30. The company is continuing to grow from strength to strength with ongoing expansion there are opportunities for long term career development. Offices are fresh and innovate, with a pool table, retro arcade games, table tennis and indoor picnic areas. This is a truly fun company who are as focused on their employees as much as their customers, they aim to make going to work exciting and regular social events. As an Account Manager you will Contact all existing customers - no cold calling Develop relationships with existing contacts to maximise on referrals Introduce yourself to new contacts within the business and help with understand processes Support the business development manager, making appointments where required Assist with welcoming new accounts, helping them understand processes and being a first point of contact for all queries To be successful as an Account Manager We are interested in seeing candidates with experience as a telephone based sales advisor, executive or consultant, acc manager or recruitment consultant or resourcer from agency environment. Able to demonstrate performance to target achievements Proven track record developing business and maximising on opportunities Desire to progress in a growing company Package and Benefits £22500 basic salary Uncapped OTE circa £30000 Monday to Friday 8.45-5.30 Regular nights out and social events Located close to train station Fun working environment
