They provide bespoke onsite & remote support to start-ups and SME's in a variety of sectors that make a real difference. What you will be doing: You will be working on a busy service desk providing remote support on a shift basis (8am-6:30pm, Monday to Friday) Using your skills and experience to mentor and train more junior team members Main escalation point for more advanced troubleshooting Undertake project work as required Monitor clients' systems and services from HQ Configuration and build of client machines Take a lead role in actively progressing and streamlining the service desk process What you will need: Experience and demonstrable technical skills predominately Microsoft technologies Desktop to Servers Knowledge of Virtualisation, AD and relevant backup solutions Ideally experience of Cloud services such as Office 365 and Sharepoint The ability to deliver outstanding customer service Great problem solving skills and the ability to see the challenge through Leadership and team building skill What they are offering : A family feel environment, with passion the and ambition to thrive learn and develop the business and staff £30,000 - £37,000 Base DOE 25 days holiday bank holiday Company socials - BBQ's, Dinners, Days out etc Personal career growth and opportunities to further you technical and business skills
