Overview
A position has become available for a clinical manager at a care home specialising in dementia in oxford. The salary starts at £45,000 and would go up to £52,000 depending on experience. This is an excellent home to work in focused on a fun friendly environment for residents and there families. You will work closely with the directors, trustees and the Head of Home to ensure all nursing procedures are current especially the practise for dementia. You will manage the recruitment and training of staff and manage the relationships with GP surgeries. You will partake in a few shifts a month to maintain your clinical skills and be part of an on call rota. You must be a qualified RGN and have experience of managing teams. You will have excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with family members and residents as well as outside agencies. You get 28 days holiday including bank holiday's and a pension scheme. Candidates should have a current registration with the NMC as well as up to date training and experience in a nursing environment.
