Overview
Our client who are one of the UK's leading residential developers are looking to recruit a Site Manager for their Kent region. Initially you will be covering the fit out on a block of 50 flats before moving onto traditional housing schemes. You will be covering first fix through to second fix, snag and handover. Reporting into a Project Manager, you will be overseeing specialist subcontractors, ensuring that the development runs to speed and programme. You will also attend and chair progress report meetings and ensure that health & safety is adhered to at all times. This an excellent opportunity to join a blue chip developer with first class training and genuine routes to progress to senior management.
