Overview
My client, a HBF 5 developer with an excellent reputation for building quality homes, are currently looking to add to their site team in Kent; due to exciting growth plans for the year ahead. The development is a 72 unit timber frame scheme, and you will be taking it from groundworks to completion. This opportunity is for someone who is looking for a long-term career and progression, in return my client will supply an attractive salary / package and the chance to work on one of the company's flagship projects. We are looking for someone with experience either running their own project (of 50 units or more) Job responsibilities Liaison with design teams, client teams and any other professionals involved with the project. Deliver projects on time, on budget and to the highest quality. Pre Construction when required Project reporting The Ideal Candidate Minimum 2 year's experience in a Senior Site Manager/Project Manager role. Experience managing timber frame projects from groundworks to completion. Residential background (this can be from a developer or a main contractor) Strong and consistent performance Proven track record of delivery in a fast-paced construction environment Strong and steady CV (longevity) with a national developer or residential main contractor.
