Robert Half Finance & Accounting are excited to work with a great business based in Stratford-Upon-Avon in their search for a Management Accountant. This opportunity is a temporary contract, which has the ability of becoming permanent for the perfect candidate. Role The successful Management Accountant will be working within the existing team and some of the responsibilities are: To prepare the management accounts Assistance senior members of the team on all areas of accounts, including year end. To provide key financial data to senior members of the team To prepare and deliver the forecasts and budgets Ensure that compliance is kept in line with company policies and procedures. Profile The ideal Management Accountant will have the following key attributes: Solid with Management Accounts Confident, proactive and highly self-motivated Ability to work well within a team or independently, as appropriate An eye for detail Effective to communicate across all levels within the business Ownership of work Be able to support the business in their ongoing efforts Salary & Benefits Up to £17 per hour, based on experience Holiday pay Possibility of becoming a permanent role for the right candidate The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
