Junior Administrator Job, Preston near Garstang, £18,000 per annum, MUST DRIVE, Mon-Fri 08:30 - 16:30. Your new company You will be working for a small family-feel E-commerce marketing and wholesalers. The vibrant company work with very large retailers, with big house-hold names such as Amazon. The reason for this vacancy is due to the current member of staff returning to University to pursue their studies. Your new role Working within a small team, you will be exposed to a mix of duties and responsibilities which will enhance your skill set. Duties will include, but will not be limited to: Inputting data and sales orders into the in-house system and Microsoft Excel Posting new product listings on websites such as as Amazon Running sales reports for analysis Attending events and roadshows Managing the social media platforms, adding content and managing the existing pages Suggesting new and creative ways to attract customers Working closely as a team Resolving and escalating queries Managing the online market places Ad-hoc administration duties to support the sales lead What you'll need to succeed To succeed you need to have an eye for creativity and must be able to create new and refreshing content to the social media pages. You must apply this creativity to the online market places. Working well as a team is essential for this role so you must have strong communication skills. You must have a keen eye for detail and must have previous experience in administration or social media management. You must be able to drive What you'll get in return In return you will be working with a small family feel company. Your hours of work will be Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:30. Your holiday entitlement will be 22 days plus bank holidays and you will be auto-enrolled into the Government pension scheme.
