Check this role out SALARY: Up to £45,000 BENEFITS: · Circa £5,000 overtime · Annual bonus (up to 8%) · Company vehicle · 25 Days Holiday rising with service · Access to company benefits scheme LOCATION: Bedford COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Kempston, Clapham, Dunstable, Luton, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Kettering, Peterborough, Cambridge, Letchworth Garden City, St Neots, Huntingdon, Wellingborugh, Thrapston, Stevenage JOB DESCRIPTION: Electrical Service / Workshop / Maintenance Engineer / Electrical Fitter This is an extremely varied role to include: · Consultative site surveys · Build and modification of electrical equipment prior to commissioning · Running tests on client sites across the UK and Globally · Commissioning, Installation and Training on new and retrofitted machinery · Attend scheduled / reactionary maintenance / service appointments This role is 65% based at the Bedford workshop and 35% off site at clients sites globally. (80% of which is based in the UK) PERSON SPECIFICATION: Electrical Service / Workshop / Maintenance Engineer / Electrical Fitter We are genuinely open as to the industry sector / background of the individual. That said, the successful applicant will: · Be an experienced, electrically biased engineer with a background in maintenance, service, installation, commissioning or workshop · Hold an electrical engineering qualification (or relevant equivalent) at NVQ / HNC / ONC or higher Experience on a broad range of equipment / systems / sectors would be of benefit, as would any exposure to pneumatics or pneumatic systems. We need an enthusiastic team player. A problem solver. Someone who can join us and help us grow. He will hand over some responsibilities as the role develops and we grow out this team.
