Connecting with people, building rapport and a relationships is vital to this role. Without our customers, we don’t exist so when those customers need greeting or serving and no one else can help, don’t wait around, we get on and help them by providing outstanding service and expert recommendations. As an iSmash Service Expert you work alongside our amazing teams, serving customers, working with the technicians and being the face of your store. Relationships and communication between the each other and our customers is key to how we win. What will you be doing? First and foremost you will be providing outstanding service to our customers by greeting them with a warm and friendly approach, understanding their needs and recommending solutions. Recommend and sell products and services to our customers based on their needs. Working in partnership with our technician and support office teams to ensure we always deliver the best customer service. Booking in repairs, contacting customers and managing expectations. Taking ownership for and exceeding personal and store sales targets. Basic tech support and device diagnostics What do you need to have?
