German Credit Controller

Credit Controller job - Fluent German Speaking job - Accounts Receivable job - Chichester £22,000-£25,000 Your Company Hays Credit Management are working with a reputable and established organisation based in Chichester, to recruit a German Speaking Credit Controller on a permanent, full-time basis. Your Role You will be joining a friendly and supportive team to help ensure the credit function runs smoothly. You will build strong working relationships with clients across Germany and use your fantastic communication skills to recover missing payments via phone and email. You will liaise with clients to resolve invoice queries in a prompt and timely manner. You will be accustomed to working in a busy environment and managing a large workload. This will be balanced with the ability to deliver high quality work. What you'll need to succeed You will need to be fluent in German (written and verbal). The successful candidate will come from either a finance, call centre of customer service background. You'll need to be responsible for your own workload so good organisation skills is a must. You are required to build good relationships with customers and internal colleagues, so a confident telephone manner and good communication skills will be key.
