Customer Service Manager Chalgrove 0X44 £28,000 - £34,000 per annum Our client is a global technology manufacturer leading the world in their sector. Based in rural Oxfordshire, they are working with us here at Better People to source an experienced Customer Service Manager who will lead and manage their growing Customer Service team. The Customer Service team supports clients with technical sales, delivery, financial and service issues. The Job The Customer Service Manager will track, drive and improve team KPIs, agree and implement service improvements and generally oversee and be responsible for timely, high level customer service in a technical environment. The role will also include day to day management and supervision of the Customer Service team as well as motivation, recruitment, coaching and retention.
