Overview
Simon Acres Recruitment are looking for an experienced Kitchen and Bathroom Designer working for a highly established Builders Merchants in the Suffolk area. The Kitchen and Bathroom Designer will be working as part of a team and reporting to the Branch Management Team. Your duties will include: Selling and Designing bespoke kitchens Establishing client and customer needs Assisting showroom customers by assessing their needs and providing them with accurate and professional advice on product suitability, specification, pricing and availability Maintaining and developing sales leads Following up sales enquiries and quotations Maintaining and developing existing and new customer relationships Continually developing and updating your product knowledge Completing all necessary paperwork in line with Company procedures Ensuring efficient stock ordering procedures Maintaining a clean, tidy and attractive showroom and storage space at all times Displaying a flexible, hands-on approach to all aspects of the work Working as part of a team but also able to work on your own initiative Ensuring a high standard of customer care, service and after-sales support Attending in-house and external training as and when required This is the ideal role for a Sales Person with a background in showroom sales in the Builders Merchant industry.
