Overview
Credit Controller Doncaster Permanent Up to £21,000 pa Venatu Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with a local Doncaster business to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. Benefits: Competitive salary up to £21,000 pa No weekends 25 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays Free parking Comfortable working environment. Responsibilities: You will be responsible for taking payments and entering payments onto the accounting system Work to make sure that all money is collected in line with company policy, this will include carrying out a weekly credit control process Liaise with customers with any account queries via either telephone, email or letter Monitor any payment plans to ensure that the agreements are adhered to Always keep the accounts up to date with the correct information Work with the appointed solicitors when customer accounts are referred for legal action due to non-payments Set up all instructions onto the inhouse database Any other adhoc duties as required. Candidate Expectations: Previous credit control experience is essential Good level of customer service experience Excellent communication skills both written and orally Ability to deal with large volumes of debtors, queries and cash posting Ability to work as part of a team Good IT skills.
