Overview
A world renowned Insurance company currently recruiting for an Insurance Co-Ordinator in their offices in Central Croydon The role involves maximising sales on mainly inbound calls on extended warranty and travel Insurance. Job Duties include: Handle all calls and customer objections in a positive manner Actively attempt to build rapport with all callers Look for opportunities to upgrade levels of cover through effective listening and identification of customer needs Carry out outbound sales Communicate with customers and third parties in a clear, concise and professional way You will have: Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, including English Language and Maths Excellent telephone manner Previous experience of working within a telephone sales environment, handling both inbound and outbound calls A good working knowledge of Word, Excel and web based functionality Strong communication skills Excellent call handling ability The ability to work under pressure A pro-active approach to sales Self-motivated
