Page Personnel are recruiting a graduate opportunity with a software/technology business based in Morley. Client Details The client is a fast growing business and are looking for recent graduates to join them for new opportunities. The graduates will start in a temporary role, working on general administration duties for the business. Once the graduate has found their feet, a job will be created for you to suit your skill set and there will be a permanent opportunity available at this time. Description The Temporary Graduate Administrator will be responsible for - Process sales orders and purchase orders for the business Ensuring all customer details are input on the system correctly Send order confirmations to customers and internally to ensure installations are scheduled Working closely with the warehouse team to ensure shipments are made on time Build relationship with internal and external stakeholders Contributing to financially plans and objectives for orders Build good working relationships with suppliers Liaise with Sales Team regarding any queries relating to sales orders Ad hoc administration for any other departments Profile The Temporary Graduate Administrator will have/be - Graduated recently/last few years with a Bachelors degree Interested in building and growing in a new industry Excellent communication skills Strong Microsoft Package skills Ability to confirm a temporary, open ended assignment which may lead to a permanent opportunity Job Offer The Temporary Graduate Administrator will receive - Competitive Salary Free on site parking Immediate start date Endless opportunities within the business
