An opportunity to join a GLOBAL client that is rapidly GROWING each week This client is based in Leeds City Centre and is looking for a candidate with EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE skills. JOB TYPE: Temporary Front of House Assistant (Meet & Greet) COMPANY: Global cosmetic dental company HOURS: The business is open Monday to Sunday; however, you will only work 5 out of 7 days per week. Monday - Friday hours would be 10.00am until 7.00pm with 1-hour lunch Saturday hours would be 9.00am - 5.00pm with 1-hour lunch Please note:- You will work 2 weekends per month SALARY: £10.00per hour plus holiday accrual LOCATION : Leeds City Centre CULTURE : Busy, fast paced, friendly team DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO: Meeting and greeting all visitors and customers upon arrival Signing in visitors using an iPad Providing a 5 excellent customer service experience every time Notifying the consultant when their appointment arrives Looking after the online booking system SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED: Customer service experience is a MUST Well-presented and loves to provide a great customer journey.
