This large dealership is the Approved Retailer, Repairer and Body Repairer for one of, if not the, best selling brand in the UK; offering a wide range of Passenger Cars and Light Commercials. They are part of a national group that boast a large portfolio of brands alongside a robust reputation and long, successful trading history. About the Role; The business seeks the right kind of leader to maximise the dealership's potential. The successful applicant will need to be the very best leader and coach, developing their team of colleagues to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and exceed the planned profitability of the site; an experienced, talented General Manager with an enviable and proven track record of performance, in the Motor Industry What you can expect; You will be rewarded well, and the group would expect that you earn at least £120k per year with the ability to earn significantly more should you exceed the realistic targets agreed with you.
