Company Commercial Solicitor (5 years' PQE) £50,000 - £80,000 DOE The Firm Our client is a London based, full service law firm who take pride in their innovative outlook, professional offering and collaborative approach. The Role The firm seek a Company Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE to join their team. The successful applicant will take responsibility for a full and varied caseload including corporate transactions, commercial contracts and advising businesses on a range of company law matters. To be considered for this opportunity you will have 5 years' experience in company commercial law, strong business development skills and excellent IT ability.
