Family Solicitor Southampton £38,000 - £48000 A very well established legal 500 firm with an excellent reputation and centrally based offices, delivering first-class advice and ensuring a successful client outcomes with a friendly and client-focused approach. The Family team are based across several Hampshire locations. Due to continuing growth a new requirement for an experienced Family Solicitor has emerged at the Southampton and Chandlers Ford office. The role will cover a wide range of privately funded family related matters including divorce, separation, cohabitee disputes as well as children related matters and all other issues arising from the breakdown of personal relationships. A number of the team are also trained in collaborative law and mediation with all of the team being members of Resolution. You will be tasked with managing your own caseload of privately funded matters and be able to build upon this and bring further growth to the team. The team are therefore seeking a competent individual with expertise refined from already managing their own caseload with a particular focus on divorce and separation, cohabitee disputes, resolution of financial property and pension claims, child residence and contact issues as well as domestic violence injunctions. If you are member of Resolution that would be viewed as highly desirable. The firm have further ambitions to grow therefore a desire to participate in and contribute towards marketing and business development initiatives would be highly advantageous.
