Excellent opportunity for an ambitious family lawyer to join this friendly team. This firm has a well-earned reputation for HNW work across their personal services groups. This is a unique position as the firm work with a loyal client base on complex and often high value matters. The work covers all matrimonial work as well as child related disputes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling cohabitee disputes, resolution of financial property and pension claims and domestic violence injunctions. Some knowledge of TOLATA claims and pre and post nuptial agreements would also be required. Preferred candidates will have some experience of conducting their own advocacy for part or all of a case.
