Overview
If you have B2B experience and are interested in technical sales, then this role would be a great opportunity for you Our client is very well established within the technical industry and interested in individuals looking for sales support opportunities, based in Brighton to join their centrally located offices. This role would suit candidates looking for B2B sales, customer service and administration opportunities all wrapped together within one position, that would also be looking to advance their career within technical sales further down the line. The successful candidate would work within the sales support team in assisting directly in supporting the management and viability of the business’s client base, providing excellent customer service, liaising with clients in building relationships whilst overall being involved in the end to end sales cycle. Key Responsibilities: Preparing proposals and quotes. Project managing and coordinating with all departments within the business. Managing diaries of engineers and resources. Resolving client IT issues. Process orders and coordinate for the delivery of goods and services. Providing excellent customer service. Assisting with client meetings when required. Closing business. General administration tasks such as data cleansing, filing, campaign management and mailshotting. Client management. Locating IT software and hardware from suppliers and negotiating on price when necessary. Skills and Experience Required: Strong administration skills within a recent role similar would be advantageous. Customer/client service experienced. Experience in building relationships and rapport would be desired. Self-starter. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Confident telephone manner. Good time management skills, efficient and able to prioritise. IT literate, ideally knowledge of Microsoft packages. Excellent organisation skills. A keen interest and/or willingness in learning IT on a technical sale side.
