Overview
TPP Recruitment are delighted to be working with one of the most well-known Cancer charities around, supporting in the hiring of a Senior Individual Giving Officer. Focusing on their retention programme, the Senior Individual Giving Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing a supporter centred retention journey. You will have the opportunity to use a range of direct marketing channels to deliver this, these will include direct mail, email, telephone, raffle and lottery. All of which will support in meeting annual fundraising targets that have been set in collaboration with your Manager. The role will also see you deliver an upgrade and reactivation campaign, all with the focus of retaining supporters to ensure that their lifetime income is maximised. You will also have the freedom to test new campaign approaches, working with external agencies to develop the creative to go along with these. You will have a detailed knowledge of supporter engagement and the use of a variety of marketing channels to engage with these audiences. You will feel comfortable in developing strong relationships not only internally but with external agencies who play a key role in the delivery of your fundraising campaigns. They are ideally looking for someone who has experience in testing new products within campaigns.
