Overview
Production Supervisor in London for a leading Food manufacturer to work in their flagship site. This is a great opportunity for a production team leader or senior production operator to progress into a supervisor role as support and training can be offered. The company offer a secure role with further progression in the business. This will be a late shift role 1.30pm - 9.30pm Monday to Friday As Production Supervisor you will be responsible for 15- 20 (3 team leaders and 1 admin) staff and 3 sections. This part of the site is high volume so you need to be able to understand manufacturing at this level. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for keeping on top of staff, lateness, moral etc, have internal meetings with sales, some planning and meeting KPI's.
