Overview
We are seeking a Polish Speaking Claims Handler for a highly accredited, award-winning solicitors based in Trafford Park. The purpose of this role is to deal with inbound calls whilst assessing if you can help with the customers claim. Legal Claims Handler Duties: Dealing with inbound calls Translating polish written forms and documents Writing polish letters for customer and clients Speaking to customers who have may have had an accident inside or outside work Taking details and risk assessing Case management and handling a busy workload Making final decision on whether to proceed with a claim Legal Claims Handler Skills: We like to hear from you if you have experience in the following: Customer Service, Claims Management, Claims Handler, PPI Advisor or Similar Fluent in Polish both written and spoken is compulsory You must have a minimum of 6 months experience dealing within a contact centre environment Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent Legal Claims Handler Package: £16,497 plus £150-£300 performance bonus a month Smart casual dress code Contributory Pension Local to Old Trafford Met Stop Please apply now for immediate consideration.
