Overview
Are you an experienced Credit Controller ? Seeking a new job in High Wycombe? In this newly created role, you will be tasked to contact existing clients who have aged debt on their account, you will, therefore, be a confident outbound caller. You will be accurate and able to work through a regular list of clients building a good business relationship. Duties: Calling customers to discuss outstanding accounts Daily contact with customers Building good rapport to ensure payment terms are adhered to Sending statements of account Reconciling business accounts Taking payment over the phone Organising payment schedules Raising invoices and credit notes Reporting activity to line managers Escalating serious issues General administration This is a permanent role working with a large international company located in High Wycombe, please ensure the location is achievable on a daily basis before applying.
