Overview
The Company Our client are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team. The Role: The collection of cash by phone, email and post. Reconciling invoices and credit notes Working on aged debt and improving debt collection processes Negotiating payment plans Dealing with customer queries and disputes. Maintaining customer records. Maintaining a high level of customer service. About You: Candidates that apply should have previous experience within a Finance, Credit Control or Collections role.
