As a call centre based role, you will be comfortable in a fast and dynamic environment as it will be your job to speak to our customers over the phone to find an individual solution to better their situation. You will do this by taking the time to listen and understand each customers needs. It will be your job to aid the customers in finding the right way forward, whether that be an agreed payment plan, directing them to free debt advice or closing their account. This can also include the need to recognise vulnerable customers, and providing them with expert support and providing any extra help - no judgements. For this reason, you will need to be confident enough to have a sensitive conversation with each customer, along with the ability to empathise with their situation.
