Overview
Orka Financial is partnering with a business based in reading that is looking to recruit an FP&A Analyst. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the FP&A Analyst is responsible for providing financial insight and support to the FP&A Manager and Senior Analysts through monthly forecasting, long-range plans, annual budget and regular management reporting and sits in a team of 4. Duties include; Supporting the preparation and review of actual results versus budget, forecast and prior year Business Planning and Analysis - Supports forecasts and plans Long Range Plan Submission Performance Management Reporting - Providing regular reporting and insights to management on business performance Maintenance of information in FP&A systems Working with the wider FP&A/Finance team to ensure accurate data is captured This could suit someone who is an active studier (although this is flexible) with experience in FP&A processes such as budgeting, and forecasting and is highly knowledgeable with Microsoft Excel, able to deal with large data sets and accurate and detail conscious. This is a great role that is newly created, and someone can really make it their own.
