Overview
Lettings Administrator - Selly Oak - up to £20k My client is an independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the Selly Oak area for several years. They pride themselves on their dedication to customer service alongside their strong local knowledge and experience. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Administrator to join this friendly team who will be responsible for: ·Tenant/landlord liaison particularly with new applications and management of legal requirements ·New tenancy applications including credit checks / referencing and guarantors as required ·Preparing tenancy agreements and contract addendums ·Organise diary including check-in and check-out inventories and key handovers ·Marketing of properties including management of To Let boards and window cards ·Legal requirements including EPCs, Gas Certs, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms etc ·Landlord and tenant insurance referrals ·Register deposits and maintain online records ·Tenancy renewals and lease manager on lettings software ·Scheduling inspections and sending reports to landlords Working Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday Saturdays on a rota 9am - 4pm
