Lettings Negotiator - Birmingham City Centre - Up to £19k Basic £26k Package Free Parking Our client is a well-respected Residential Lettings and Estate Agency brand who are one of the UK's best-known national independent agents with over 170 branches across the UK and they are still continuing to grow A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator to join their Estate Agency in the Jewellery Quarter area of Birmingham. They are looking for someone who is driven and loves a challenge Essential Skills for the Lettings Negotiator role: ·Lettings Experience is ESSENTIAL ·Excellent communication skills ·Ability to work under pressure within a fast paced environment with minimal supervision ·Accurate, numerate and computer literate ·A team player with excellent organisational skills ·Full UK driving license and car ·Exceptional customer service ·Well Presented Working Hours Monday - Friday 8:45 to 17:30 Alternate Saturdays 9:30 to 4:30
