Overview
Connaught Resourcing Ltd is urgently seeking experienced Senior Care workers for a high-end luxury residential home based in Lichfield. The sites are high-quality residential and dementia care homes, who encourage service users to live happy and semi-independent lives. We are looking for care assistants with a flexible attitude, empathy, and a willing to help service users live a productive life. This beautiful 112-bed home caters for all forms of dementia clients and provide a care/well being services like no other including pet therapy, in-door cinema, days out and activities and games. Successful candidates will have team leading or senior experience and have a level 3 in health and social care or working towards it. The Residential homes offer a top end service to all service users and have staff to reflect that service, so welcome any pro-active and experienced workers. The outstanding home provides services including; In-house cinema room, minibus outings and community outreach services.
