Senior Planning Consultant An International Property Consultancy based near Bond Street are seeking a Senior Planning Consultant to join their successful London Office. The Company The successful Senior Planning Consultant will be joining a major industry player, with complete UK coverage as well as a significant worldwide presence. Having been established for over 50 years, they are well placed to capitalise on their industry knowledge. Despite their size, you will be more than just a number. Each team member will benefit from individual training and career progression, based on performance. The role The successful Senior Planning Consultant will join a Planning and Development team of more than 50, providing support and guidance whenever needed. As a Senior Planning Consultant, you will work with Partners and other members of the Planning and Development team for and on behalf of clients whose properties are located mainly in Central London. Other opportunities outside of London will also be available. The Person The successful Senior Planning Consultant will have UK experience in a similar role, preferably in London, as well as: MRTPI Qualified Excellent commercial acumen and networking skills The ability to identify commercial opportunities.
