Senior Communications Manager | London | £495 - £570 Per day | Financial Services Firm | 9 Month Contract Your new company This senior communications manager role is based in London, with one of the leading financial services firms globally. Your new role The successful candidate will be developing and implementing employee communications and engagement plans to support the rollout of agile principles and methodologies across RBWM. You will be engaging with leaders across RBWM with the initiative and sharing progress and lessons learnt from the use cases underway to build trust and credibility with colleagues. You will be creating content across a variety of channels and formats. This role will entail lots of work with internal stakeholders. You will also be involved in designing and implementing change communications programmes for large-scale business transformations. What you'll need to succeed Proven track record in a change communications role within a sizable company, developing and implementing compelling, engaging and authentic employee communications and engagement programmes. Impeccable relationship management skills and experience building strong stakeholder relationships at all levels, and in managing a wide range of internal stakeholder relationships, including matrix and virtually. Possess a willingness to be 'hands-on' in regards' to delivery and possess good attention to detail. Experience delivering communications during periods of significant change within an organisation. Ability to work in an ambiguous environment, prioritise and reconcile competing demands and resolve complex issues. Understanding of agile principles and processes and the banking industry will be an asset. Must have experience working with key internal stakeholders.
