About the Company: We are actively recruiting for a temporary Administration Officer for a client based on the outskirts of Mansfield Purpose: To assist the efficient running of the reception on a daily basis and to undertake reception and administrative duties. Responsibilities: Answering the phone, transferring calls Meeting visitors Producing documents in word and PowerPoint Photocopying Filing Printing Updating spreadsheets Managing the mail Processing sales orders and invoices Ordering stationary Booking / organising / setting up of meeting rooms Minute taking / producing minutes Previous Experience: Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills Advanced Word / Excel/ PowerPoint skills Excellent attention to detail A minimum of 2 years office experience which includes answering the phone Package: Full time temporary position for the duration of 3 months possibly longer Hourly rate between £9.50 - £10.50 per hour depending upon experience The first stage of the application process is to apply online.
