Job Title: Executive Assistant Salary:£28,000 - £30,000 Benefits:Excellent benefits, including Health care scheme. Location:Solihull Description: Working on behalf of a business located in Solihull, we are currently recruiting an Executive PA, with previous solid experience at Board Level. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and experienced Executive Assistant/PA to work closely with a vibrant and driven Director providing full business support at senior level. This is a highly organisational role and requires an individual with exceptional co-ordination skills. Key Duties: Full PA support to Director Organisation of meetings and conferences Preparation of client presentations via PowerPoint International travel co-ordination Complex diary management, drafting of emails/letters on behalf of the Director Liaison with internal and external clients on a global basis Key Skills/Experience Required: Proven solid experience as a PA/EA at senior level within a global organisation Booking and co-ordination of International travel Excellent IT skills to include Word, Excel & PowerPoint Naturally proactive with a dynamic nature and a keen eye for detail.
