Overview
A small but dynamic CIAT registered studio in the Wembley area, are seeking a Graduate Architectural Technologist to join their friendly team. They have grown from strength to strength, based on the reputation of their client-focused approached. Their expertise spans project and consultative work across planning, building regulations, party wall matters and project management. Their projects include commercial and residential schemes of varying sizes, across London. Due to continual growth they're seeking a new team member, someone of graduate level who is looking for an enthusiastic and approachable team, and an environment where you will be given support with real responsibility; and excellent role for an ambitious positive graduate. Although the role of the architectural technologist can be as varied as the projects, typical duties will include contributing to the design and delivery of projects and drawing up existing and proposed plans. You will also be responsible for producing working drawings, drawing packages, building regulations and information. You will also have the opportunity to visit sites and liaison with their clients and other external contractors. This is an immediately available role.
