REPAIRS ADVISOR My client are a South East London Local Government Office seeking a full time Repairs Advisor to start an ongoing booking asap The Main Purpose of the role: To provide an excellent service to internal and external customers. Providing the first point of contact and resolving issues within set procedures. Responsibilities: To maintain a polite, friendly, helpful an effective customer focused approach when carrying out all duties. Provide a professional and knowledgeable service when responding to all enquiries, and strive to resolve these at the first point of contact Ensure that correspondence, enquiries and complaints are dealt with accurately, effectively and within target timescales. To work diligently towards achieving qualitative and quantitative performance KPI’s completing work in accordance with agreed targets and timescales.Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with agreed procedures, timescales and legislation Participate fully and effectively in team working and contribute to a culture of continuous performance improvement. Assist with operative scheduling, admin tasks, data entry and reports if required. Assist in the training and mentoring of new staff as required. The Repairs Advisor for the telephone service, will need to be experienced in logging general needs repairs, if possible but not essential, will have experience using Capita, Open Contractor and DRS. Contracted hours will be 36 hours Monday through to Friday 09.00 - 17.00 with one long day from 08.00 - 17.00. The successful candidate will be required to start ASAP and interviews will be taking place on Thursday 12/03/2020 to start Wednesday 18/03/2020.
