Recruitment Administrator: Cordant People are working in partnership with a recruitment agency based in Edinburgh. Duties And Responsibilities Answering the telephone to prospective clients and candidates Loading candidate registration packs onto the system and ensuring full adherence to compliance processes Assisting other members of the team with administrative tasks Accessing job boards to resource for candidates and telephone screening to assess suitability Managing the input of workers hours for weekly payroll and checking specific reports and where necessary rectifying Resolve first line mobile worker queries Preparation and delivery of induction packs and process delivering to client specification Maintain paper trails of documentation to ensure performance, audit and knowledge share is exceptional Life cycle management of worker files and records including registrations, uploading data to relevant systems, eligibility, typing of CV's, holiday requests, time sheet processing and termination request processing, AWR Compliance, and support with availability lists of workers free for work Maintain all general correspondence, client packs and application packs within branch.
