Overview
Permanent Credit Control Job, Based in Salford Your new company This is a manufacturing business based in Salford that boast brand new, modern offices. Your new role This is a full time permanent job working 37.5 hours per week. Your main duties consist of; chase debt over the phone, email and via post, handle complex queries, escalate issues to the credit manager, building relationships with key customers, improve processes to maximise cash collection, liase with internal departments to ensure as much debt is cleared as possible. This job requires someone who actively wants to progress and is happy to push themselves outside of their comfort zone on a day to day basis. What you'll need to succeed You must have a strong background of customer service and have strong relationship building skills.
