Overview

Grafton Banks Finance is currently recruiting for an FP&A Manager to join an International organisation based near Lewes. Working with senior stakeholders the FP&A Manager will provide high quality finance and commercial support to improve decision making and profitability of the core business. Key responsibilities include Working with managers to deliver key business planning and budgeting activities in the business Support development and application of new business costing and pricing processes and models Support development and application of customer profitability processes and models Coordinate the quarterly forecasting process, including processing input from the finance manager Provide decision support to the business including financial analysis to support capital investment and business cases Work closely with Finance Shared Services to ensure accuracy of accounts including inputting and reviewing accounting information where required Managing a small team of FP&A staff To be considered for this opportunity you will be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA), you should be deadline driven and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to develop relationships across the business and work as part of a professional, proactive finance team. It is essential that you have solid financial planning and analysis experience with developing budgets, P&L reviews and deep dive revenue reviews.
