Cache Objectscript, Mumps, SQL, ITIL, SLA, Investment Management, Investment Management Application Support Analyst (Cache ObjectScript/Mumps) My client is a global Investment Management firm based in City of London currently seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst with Cache Objectscript or Mumps . Responsibilities You would be joining the existing team to support key internal and external applications; the focus will be supporting team members in managing especially complex or business critical issues/request and providing up to date information to Stakeholders. Advise business on trend analysis highlighting repeat issues and suggest solutions for permanent resolutions. You will continually incorporate quality management, assurance and best practises into all support areas to ensure services are delivered within agreed business requirements. Maintain effective support processes for all software/systems across platforms. Skills Required Support and specialist development knowledge in intersystem Cache Objectscript or Mumps for significant recent experience and expertise must be demonstrated. Cache Object orientated programming with proven track record Support experience and knowledge of Cache Objectscript is Vital Relational database development skills in SQL is desirable Experience working within an Investment Management or Asset Management is a must to understand the business operations Experience in software transition and release management. Experience of full support lifecycle activity Analysis and the production of technical documentation using User Cases and activity diagrams.
