DV 3rd Line Support Engineer - VM Job summary: You will have prior experience in a 3rd Line position working with VMware or Hyper-V - for this role for you will employ your trouble shooting skills in Windows, VMware and storage. This will involve you in providing 3rd Line advice to internal and external customers. DV 3rd Line Support Engineer - VM Essential criteria: Due to the high level of security clearance needed to enter the site, it is required that have current DV clearance. Skills required: VMware. Windows 2003/2008. Ability and proven experience of producing performance reports. Good knowledge of WSUS.
