A Reactive Repairs Manager is required for our client who carries out repairs and maintenance works to prestigious domestic and commercial premises in London. The client is an excellent company to work for, offering various incentives to their employees and whose focus is a happy workforce. Reactive Repairs Manager - More about the role The role will be mainly office based, in one of the company offices in central London. The role will be managing the reactive and small works side of the business This will involve the following: management of several office members of staff, management of engineers, quoting of works, P&L, budget management, client management, health and safety, sales, service delivery. Reactive Repairs Manager - More about you: You will have previous experience in a similar role, managing reactive works for private domestic premises and / or commercial premises. You will have staff management experience. You will have strong experience in quoting of reactive repairs. You will have a proactive attitude to tasks, being able to 'wear lots of hats'.
