Overview
I'm recruiting for a Technical Manager, based in W. Yorkshire. This is a genuinely, extremely rare opportunity within the food industry, as this is open to candidates looking for part-time or flexible hours. This is a small but growing business, and so would suit someone happy in smaller teams with a ‘hands on’ approach, who is comfortable leading from the front. This is an all-encompassing role, and with this comes the opportunity to really matter. If you’re happy working across all elements of Technical, from systems/admin through to shop floor audits, this really could be the perfect role for you. The ideal candidate has experience in the following: Leading BRC and customer audits. Managing site QMS HACCP Team Leader Supplier assurance Writing and implementing policies in line with all relevant regulations, accreditations etc. This business needs someone who’s detail orientated, with a ‘See it, Sort it’ attitude, and the desire to really become part of a close knit ‘teamwork’ culture.
