Award winning housebuilder, Technical Coordinator role, East Leeds, Permanent, excellent package Your new company A house builder based in East Leeds is looking for a technical coordinator to join their team. With a location close to the motorway the office is easily accessible from most of Yorkshire. With live sites across Yorkshire and currently sourcing land for 2021 this is an exciting opportunity to join a local house builder making strides. Your new role You will be working as a technical coordinator within the architectural and engineering team. You will be checking the civil drawings, make alterations before having them taken to site. The role is focused around problem solving and sourcing solutions proactively rather than reactivity. You will be required to attend sites when issues arise but all sites are within an hour of the office. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role you will need a good understanding of civils on a house building site as well as a strong technical understanding. Experience using AutoCAD is advantageous but not essential for this role as long as you have an understanding. The ability to work under pressure and to use your own initiative is key to being successful in this role.
