Job Title: Business Development Manager Finance Partnership Location: East London Salary: £40K (£60-£65K OTE) We have had a fantastic new opportunity come through with one of our fantastic clients that sit within the Financial Services sector. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and leading our clients strategic channel partnership initiatives targeting relevant companies & associations. This is a new and exciting position to be created due to the level of growth the business has seen. Working closely with the executive team and various team leaders, you will be identifying and developing strong, mutually beneficial relationships with companies that have strategically compatible areas of expertise. You will also be responsible for planning, executing, and maintaining a variety of business development initiatives. Due to our clients company background we are looking for someone who has worked with commercial based finance products and has strong product knowledge of invoice finance. If this role sounds like it could be of interest, then please do read on to find out more: Some main responsibilities of the role include: Identify potential partners across a variety of sectors Collaborate with the senior team to build and maintain a pipeline of relationships with potential partners Identify organisations who are strategically well-positioned to accelerate growth and develop strong, long-term partnerships with relevant parties at these companies. Track, report, and optimize the performance of partnerships, including identifying issues as they arise, assessing possible solutions, and executing those solutions. Evaluate the financial and non-financial benefits and risks of new partnerships. What will help you stand out from the crowd: Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Business Finance Marketplace. A strong history of relationship building, planning and closing deals. An exceptional understanding of organizational structures, priorities, and areas of expertise. excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience facilitating partnerships across multiple industries. Energetic, proactive self-starter who is highly capable of identifying and executing the necessary steps needed to drive forward channel partnerships.
