Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead Nurse Full Time - Days £35,490pa - £38,480pa Great Benefits We are looking to recruit experienced nurses for Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead positions in Southport. Duties and Responsibilities: Providing clinical leadership to the staff teams and supervising, supporting and inducting staff members Actively working with staff and residents to help develop and ensure a centre of excellence for person-centred care and that care plans are fully maintained. Liaising with external bodies and residents' families Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all residents, families, visitors and colleagues.
