Trainee Paraplanner - Award Winning Wealth Manager London - £25,000 - £32,000 (experience dependent) An Award-Winning Wealth Management Consultancy located in the City are looking to recruit a Trainee Paraplanner to grow and develop with the company. Working in a professional office that invests in the development of employees, this is a great opportunity to learn from highly qualified colleagues and become a Diploma qualified Paraplanner. The position will naturally evolve with your experience, but you can expect to perform the following duties: · Providing full administrative support to Financial Planners including meeting preparation and producing presentation material. · Process all new business, illustrations and fund switches. · Book client meetings, client reviews and ensure consultant diaries are kept up to date. · Liaise with all product providers ensuring business is processed promptly and correctly. · Help produce client review packs, write summaries and research suitable products. · Write suitability reports ready for evaluation by consultants and clients. · Conduct in-depth analysis into client positions and make recommendations for portfolio changes. · Understand and produce cashflow modelling forecasts. · Begin to take an active role in client management, understanding how to manage relationships. · Maintain client records ensure all personal details are correct. Make sure the database has Fact Finds, Risk Reports and all client correspondence correctly stored. · Follow company processes and work within company guidelines and FCA regulations. · Support Paraplanners with report production, client administration. Help meet deadlines. · Consult with the team over time management, workflow and any potential timeline issues. · Help answer client queries via telephone, letter or e-mail. · Undertake ad-hoc administration duties, projects and office management responsibilities. This role would suit someone who is focused on developing a career in the Wealth Management industry and can display the enthusiasm and willingness to work hard to succeed. To apply for the position, you must have worked in an Advisory / IFA / Wealth Management / Financial Planning firm and have at least 12-18 months' experience.
